How often do you service my lawn?
Most lawns are serviced once per week as part of our lawn care program. In some cases, the schedule may adjust based on weather conditions, grass growth, or specific property needs.
Will my lawn be serviced on the same day each week?
Yes. Lawn care services follow a consistent weekly schedule. If weather causes a delay, service resumes on the next available business day.
Will the same crew handle my lawn each visit?
Yes. We assign dedicated crews to each lawn care property. This consistency helps our team stay familiar with your lawn and maintain reliable results.
What happens if weather delays lawn care service?
If weather prevents service on your scheduled day, we return as soon as conditions allow. You’ll receive a text notification letting you know when your lawn service is rescheduled.
How do I pay for lawn care services?
We keep an ACH or credit card on file for convenience. Payments follow the terms outlined in your lawn care service agreement.
Do you offer a warranty on landscaping and plants?
Yes. We offer a 1 growing season warranty on all plants, only if we do the maintenance of the property
What is the typical cost for Artificial Turf?
The cost starts at $12/sq ft. The cost range depends on many factors.
How do you guys estimate and bill for irrigation?
We charge $150 for the first hour, then $125 every hour after that, plus parts
If I have a leak, how quickly can you fix it?
We can fix most problems within 24-48 hours.
What does a new Irrigation system cost?
They start at $1000 per zone
What does a new irrigation system include?
New Irrigation systems include a digital timer, all the pipes, sprinkler heads, and a backflow device.
